Welcome to arcaneskins.org (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform”), operated by TRANSFORTUNALT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16568666, with its main office at 1 Waterhouse Square, London, EC1N 2ST.


1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using or accessing arcaneskins.org, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of legal majority in your location, and have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

You may need to complete identity, age, or compliance verification (including KYC). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may carry legal or financial consequences.

If accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you affirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Jurisdictional Limitations

Our services are generally available worldwide, except in countries under international sanctions.

By using the Platform, you confirm that your location allows you to legally access our services without restriction.

Certain regions may require additional verification before full access is granted.


2. SERVICES PROVIDED

arcaneskins.org operates as a digital marketplace for buying and selling gaming skins and other virtual in-game items delivered through Steam trade offers.

Purchased items are delivered to the Steam account linked to your Platform profile.

We do not create or alter digital items; our role is limited to enabling resale and delivery.

Payments are handled only through certified third-party processors in line with standard security protocols.


3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

Users access accounts via Steam login.

You must maintain accurate and current information at all times.

You are fully responsible for securing your login details and for any activity conducted under your account.

Accounts may be suspended or closed if Terms are violated or suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behavior is detected.


4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the displayed price, including any taxes or fees.

Payment methods available at checkout may include cards, PayPal, or similar providers.

Payments are processed through accredited third-party services; TRANSFORTUNALT LTD does not hold customer funds.

Using stolen, unauthorized, or compromised payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and reporting to authorities.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud risk, errors, or pricing mistakes.

All prices are in EUR (€) and may change without notice.


5. ITEM DELIVERY

Once payment is verified, items are sent via Steam trade offer.

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect trade URLs, Steam restrictions, or user-side issues.

Most orders are fulfilled within seven days, but delays up to 14 days may occur. In such cases, you may request a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

User Responsibilities

You must:

Provide a correct and active Steam trade URL.
Ensure Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are activated when required.
Confirm your Steam account is eligible for trading (no bans, restrictions, regional locks, or privacy limitations).


6. SELLING ITEMS, MARKETPLACE RULES & PAYOUTS

Listing Requirements

Items must be categorized properly and may undergo review before approval.

Listings may be rejected without explanation if deemed non-compliant, risky, or potentially fraudulent.

Inventory Management

You retain ownership of items until sold.

You are responsible for ensuring items are tradable and delivered as instructed. Failure may result in account restrictions.

Platform Fees

A 10% commission applies to each successful sale.

Payouts

Accurate payout information is required; verification may be performed before funds release.

Payouts are processed through approved providers; TRANSFORTUNALT LTD does not directly handle payments.

Typical payout processing is 3–7 business days after item delivery confirmation. Delays may occur due to compliance or processor requirements.

Payout amounts must comply with Platform thresholds (minimum €10, maximum €5,000). We may adjust these limits at our discretion.

Transactions involving fraud, invalid items, or failed delivery may have payouts reversed. Notifications will be sent in such cases.

Users can review full payout history in their account dashboard.

Users in restricted regions may be ineligible for payouts.

Security and Compliance

Payment and personal data is managed only by authorized providers under GDPR, PCI DSS, and other applicable laws.

Marketplace activity is monitored for fraud and compliance. Suspicious behavior may result in delayed, withheld, or canceled payouts.


7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Under UK law, instant delivery of digital content removes the 14-day statutory withdrawal right. By placing an order, you consent to immediate delivery.

Orders may be canceled only before payment is processed; contact info@arcaneskins.org immediately.

Items not yet delivered on Steam may be canceled after verification.

Digital items already delivered are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund requests for undelivered or unaccepted items are accepted within 30 days.

Refunds may be refused if misuse or fraud is suspected.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Refunds follow consumer protection regulations.


8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not:

Use the Platform for illegal purposes, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.

Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Attempt to compromise the Platform’s security or operation.

Use bots or automated tools without explicit written consent.

Engage in fraud, including unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or illicit item acquisition.

Redistribute items obtained through the Platform without permission.

Interfere with the Platform in any technical or harmful way.

Violations may lead to account suspension, termination, withholding of funds, and reporting to authorities.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content (text, graphics, code, logos) is owned by TRANSFORTUNALT LTD or its licensors and protected by UK and international IP laws.

Dota2 assets and trademarks belong to Valve Corporation; we have no ownership or official affiliation.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of Platform content is prohibited.


10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains data collection and processing. By using the Platform, you consent to these practices.

TRANSFORTUNALT LTD is the Data Controller under UK GDPR.

Personal and payment data is handled securely for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, compliance, and payouts.

Data may be shared with authorized partners for operational or legal purposes.

Users may access, correct, delete, or limit personal data per GDPR and other laws.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, opportunities, or reputation.

We are not responsible for third-party restrictions, such as Steam bans, API failures, or market value fluctuations.


12. INDEMNITY & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You agree to hold TRANSFORTUNALT LTD harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Violations of these Terms,
Legal infractions,
Fraud or abusive conduct,
Misuse of the Platform.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion if we believe your actions threaten the Platform or other users.


13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Major updates to these Terms will be announced at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be resolved in courts of England and Wales, unless payment provider rules dictate otherwise.

Users agree to attempt informal resolution with support before pursuing legal action.
